This is about school. My Balkans professor very kindly offered to let me revise the half-my-grade paper I muddled though last weekend (the 19 page one, since I was distracted and mistakenly wrote it like an English paper instead of like a history paper). Turning celebatory cartwheels in the hall that evening, I somehow managed to sprain my right wrist. ;_; So much for revisions.
I feel much better now - well enough to type, anyway. But I missed my deadline for revisions and might possibly have failed the French final I had to take the morning after, because untreated sprain = no sleep, pain headache, difficulty holding the pen. Also, I never noticed this before but the whole world is designed for right-handed people.
Ahhh, I've fallen behind on flist. That almost never happens because I'm addicted to LJ in a very bad way. I'm also behind on packages - they're all going out on Monday, so if you live more than a thousand miles from Michigan you probably won't get one until after Christmas. Sorry, hombres.
Also on the "I have no brain anymore, it's been scattered to the winds" front, one of you guys has recently been getting into Yakitate!!Japan but I can't for the life of me remember who it was. This makes me very sad, as it means I can't throw
Oh, oh! If you haven't read Level E yet, do. I was just re-reading it today and IT IS STILL AWSOME. The Level E manga is a series of inter-connected shorts about extraterrestrials from the Yu Yu Hakusho guy; genuinely funny and smart. And INSANE.
