Also the part where Delany is careful to state that local conditions on Family and Sygn worlds can vary a lot strikes me as being a lot like when you vote locally for a Republican or Democrat because that person is the best one for the job, even if you belong to the other political party. Which again is something that tells me that DELANY IS SO AMERICAN, lol.
