sub_dividedI'm not Christian except on my socialist=atheist father's side, but my family does celebrate something called "Fake Christmas": basically the same except no tree. And no Jesus, of course. Is Christmas still a religious holiday? It's tending towards secular where I am.
Meme! I've seen this in a few places; the first was here. Basic idea is that I list 10 things I'd like for the holidays and you do the same. Who knows, maybe we'll get lucky!
1.Bleach icon for me only. Something happy, or else cool.
2. Ghost story fanfic recommendations: see this post. If anything comes to mind?
3. CCS recs. Ah, nostalgia. Or, HxH featuring Killua? Plz plz plz? There's so little of it.
4. Historical AU drabbles, any length, any series but must be AU with a definitely different time, possibly different place. Emphasis on historical.
5.I feel so very materialistic. Here's an intangible: paid summer physics research. I don't care how I get it or whether it's gender-favoritism or what, so long as I do *crosses fingers*.
6. In the same vein, more than a week and a half for Winter Break *kills University bureaucracy*.
7. A magazine subscription, something girly like Cosmo or Vogue. New York Times magazine?
8. Mostly I just want mail. Write me a letter? There's contact info on the website.
9. Pair of earrings, something fun, cheap, nostalgia-inducing. One can never have enough earrings.
10. Hmm, I need one more. I know! Death Note 20 Themes fic or art! XDXDXD.
