Happy Hannukah!

Three posts in four days! It's like I've got a new lease on life, or something. Maybe just a new lease on spam.

Barukh atah Adonai, Eloheinu melekh ha-olam, asher kidshanu b'mitzvotav v'tzivanu l'hadlik ner shel Hanukkah. I said I wasn't religious, but actually I'm Jewish - and still not religious. It's more of a secular ethnic identity thing. I'm the worst Jew in the world anyway, who has never had a Bat mitzvah and barely even knows what the Hebrew (above) means. Although I could sing it for you.


So my friends and I are doing Secret Santa right? Where everyone's name goes in a hat and you only have to buy gifts for the person whose name you draw? It's a way to keep from having to spend loads of cash, although I think the rules for ours might be a little too strict. Anyway I'm giving a big gift and a small one; the small one is a mix CD because I'm still stuck in 1997 when mix CDs were The Thing To Do.

Long story short (too late!), these are songs that reflect my own warped perceptions of a freind's musical tastes. Namely: eighties music, happy happy dance dance, techno pop, strong female vocalists, international. I'm probably wrong on all counts. What're the ethics of posting someone else's gift online? I did also make a cover and card.

EDIT: Also I'd just like to point out that 1) I like edits and 2) Shadow Side Show is my favorite webcomic ever and I have no idea why.
