Just Stuff
Aug. 11th, 2004 08:44 pmTime left before the first day of classes: three weeks from Tuesday. I'm moving in the Saturday before, which incidentally is also my brother's sixteenth birthday. He'll have to spend it unloading stuff from the car. At least sixteen is not as much of a milestone for guys (I think?). Sarah, my roommate, seems pretty cool. Mostly we've talked academics; she seems to be a serious student.
Sarah talks about her boyfriend a lot, and whenever she mentions him I have to make an effort not to act like the single grouch I am. I think I might have done the same thing with D so I try not to mind too much (if you're reading: sorry I). Because really, what else if there to talk about if not your own experiences?
Speaking of, lately there's been:
( News Stuff )
( Weather Stuff )
( Writing Stuff )
( Real-life Stuff, for V and rucken but mostly V )
20% of the United States works the midnight-to-6am shift. Are there really so many businesses that absolutely have to be open at all hours of the day? Aren't some of them overdoing it?
I want a teacher who'll give me an A with a hundred plusses hand-written after it.
