Top 10 FSTs of 2005

I'll be honest, here. I absolutely do not:
1. have decent taste in music
2. download everything at fst
3. download more than 10% of what's at fst
4. have my harddrive with me. (Technically, I do have the drive, but I've lost the cable that connects it to my laptop.)

With no access to the mp3s themselves, I went hunting through fst's archives and made this list from memory. It's almost entirely arbitrary. In no particular order:

Great war music.

Sold on theme alone.

It's charming.

Honorable mention Soshite Koi Ga Hajimaru EP, Motorcycle Diaries FST, Bus Gamer EP, Vash/Wolfwood FST, annnnd the fst that has mysteriously disappeared, a december Fruits Basket mix. 13 tracks, an intro plus one song per animal. I liked a lot of the music in that one. (Well, I liked a lot of the music in this fst too, which ought to tell you something.) As soon as I regain access to my harddrive, mp3s from the above set (including mysterious vanishing Furuba FST) are going up.

I like the next set for reasons that have nothing to do with music.

Pure crack.

The bollywood version. I can't stand listening to it, but it's nice to think about.

A collection of songs I enjoy individually, but that don't necessarily go together

Has style.

Really fits the character.

Proving you don't need to know anything about a series to laugh at it?

Tone-perfect.

Really fits the character and is a blast to listen to.
• Shaman King, tokyofish
Yeah, the 50+ song one. I like the puns.

Can't remember the rest without harddrive. Woe. My manga is on that drive too.
